Our Staff

Rosie Robertson (Centre Manager)

I joined Thenue Communities in August 2013, and since then I have had the privilege of seeing both the organisation and my role grow significantly. Today, I am responsible for managing two community centres along with a range of community facilities, including community gardens and community flats, ensuring they remain welcoming, accessible and responsive to local needs.
While managing the charity's operations, I also work closely with community groups and organisations to help build their capacity and strengthen the services they deliver. This support can include funding applications, budgeting, planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. I firmly believe these partnerships are mutually beneficial; the groups we work with bring an incredible amount of energy, expertise and resources to our centres, helping us create vibrant spaces and opportunities for local people.
Our success is built on strong collaboration. I am fortunate to work alongside a dedicated team of staff and volunteers whose commitment and passion make it possible for us to deliver high-quality services and support to our communities every day. We are also guided by an experienced and committed Board of Trustees, whose strategic leadership and governance are critical to the continued success and development of the charity.
As a subsidiary of Thenue Housing Association, we benefit from the support, partnership and shared values of the wider Thenue family. Working together, we are able to maximise our impact and contribute to stronger, more connected and resilient communities across the areas we serve.
